Believe it or not, I didn’t start in real estate...
I started in executive planning at Hewlett-Packard, after spending my early years in Beijing working across business planning, sales, and marketing.
When I look back, it was a formative time in my life. Fast-paced, structured, and demanding in a way that shaped how I think, not just about work, but about decisions in general.
I learned early that most things come down to timing, clarity, and staying calm when things move quickly.
Then...in 1996, I moved to Vancouver and stepped into residential real estate with Bel-Air Realty Group. The context changed, but the responsibility felt familiar: helping people make decisions that matter long after the moment has passed.
Thirty years later, I still carry that same mindset into my work.
TBH, I don’t really see myself as someone who “shows homes.” I try to bring clarity to what can often feel like an overwhelming process, and help people make decisions that actually align with where they’re headed.
So, heading into 2026, my focus is simple: stay grounded, keep learning from every market cycle, and continue showing up in a way that feels intentional. Both in my work and in my life.
