I loved attending the Sherwin-Williams Colormix 2026 CEU at Muse & Merchant this morning, and hearing how colour trends continue to shape the way we live — and express ourselves at home. And the showroom… absolutely beautiful. Every vignette felt layered, soulful, and full of personality (which, as you know, I’m a big fan of)!

Some spaces don’t whisper…they speak, and are heard. has always been a masterclass in decorating with personality—layered, moody, and unapologetically unique.

With the Vancouver store long gone (still not over it 😢) and Calgary on its way out, their Victoria store feels like a rare gem of home decor. With precious finds like this, homes aren’t trend-driven—they’re personality-driven.

What works when staging for broad appeal can be quite different from designing a home that reflects the person living in it.

Personality comes from intention. What you choose to keep, what you choose to leave out, and how your space reflects the way you actually live.

The goal isn’t perfection or chaos — it’s something in between.
