All three buildings on site now, that’s a total of six units. We are hoping to get the next two duplexes here by 2022. That will complete our first “pocket” of ten units. Depending on the demand we receive, our lot has room for approximately 16 additional units. Next on the to-do list is to get the decks built and start the landscaping.

The first duplex has been placed on site. Two more buildings on their way. Now we can focus on the back steps, deck, moving the sheds on site and getting the landscaping and finishing touches done.

The excavation crew moved in to begin laying the sewer pipes. Will all the heavy rain we’ve had, the dump truck got stuck theee time. Now we’re waiting for the ground to settle so they can get back on site and continue.
