November sales were higher than the past two years, showing growing buyer confidence.

October See Sales Spike First Time In Five Months
- Fraser Valley sales rose 35% from September, with 1,330 sales, up 37% year-over-year.
- Market remains balanced with a 15% sales-to-active ratio.

Inventory Update
- October saw 3,194 new listings, a slight 5% dip from September but 26% higher year-over-year.
- Total inventory reached 8,799, down 3% month-over-month but up 34% from last year.

Market Pace
- Single-Family Homes: 34 days to sell.
- Condos: 32 days.
- Townhomes: 29 days.

Mortgage Rate Relief
The Bank of Canada’s 50-basis-point rate cut in October has fueled demand, giving buyers more breathing room and confidence in the market.
