Whistler sales dipped slightly from January, but still beat late 2025 and buyer interest hasn’t slowed 👊 with steady viewing activity across the board.

Inventory climbed 6% 📈 led by townhomes + condos (the busiest segments), while chalet and shared ownership listings held steady 🏡

After a quiet January, February delivered across all property types:
6 chalets 🏔️ 4 condos 🏢 3 townhomes 🏘️ 1 land sale 🌲

In Pemberton, the “domino effect” continues 🔄 locals moving within the market, driving multiple deals.

Bottom line: spring market is coming in hot 🌱🔥 expect more listings, more choice, and rising activity ahead.

January in Pemberton tends to start slow, and this year is no different ❄️

With families back to school and winter in full swing, the market is easing into 2026 at its usual pace (with a slight delay in new listings and sales).

Inventory held steady from December, and while only one sale officially closed (vacant land), several properties went under contract and should show up in February’s numbers.

The mild weather has also given spring sellers a head start, and we expect more inventory to hit the market soon.

In Pemberton’s unique (and often restricted) market, timing and local insight really matter.

Whistler’s market is carrying strong momentum through January💥

While month-to-month numbers can swing, the 12-month view shows a mostly balanced market, with shared ownership firmly in sellers’ market territory.

Highlights:
• Chalet inventory down 12%
• Condos steady month over month
• Shared ownership demand surging (days on market dropped sharply)
• Sales up in most segments

Prices ticked up in several categories, with chalet pricing easing slightly after December’s high-value sales.

The takeaway? Context is everything. The right strategy makes all the difference in this market.
