The October 2024 residential real estate housing stats are out for the Region of Durham and select communities.

The average sale price in Durham Region was $888,914 down 4.5% compared to October of 2023 and down 0.6% from the prior month.

Durham Region continues to be an affordable and attractive option for buyers and these stats continue to support strong buyer demand for housing in the Region.
