Here are some ways to build proof and get rid of the skeptics

1. Testimonials/Reviews from your customers/clients. Show results if you can. A photo is great too if they allow you to use one…but video format is best!

2. Endorsements from industry experts will help immensely.

Talk to your customers and ask them questions like why they chose you or your business over your competitor, and why they buy the product or service they did.

Take their reasons for buying or objections why they no longer buy and use a closer’s proven pitch and turn that into copy!

Ask yourself the magic question!

What’s the magic question? The magic question is “SO WHAT?”

You have a product you’re selling and you’re listing out the features, now to turn those features into benefits, ask yourself “so what?”

You have a service based business, and you need to discover a better way to advertise it, ask yourself “so what?”

This will help you find the benefits and the benefits behind the benefits for your product or service and will help you focus more on how your product or service makes your customers feel instead of what you do.

And that will turn your business more towards being consumer focused.

By now I’m sure you’ve heard that if you want to be successful you need to have a strong “WHY”

So many successful people keep saying that but never tell you how to get there, how to discover your REAL reason for wanting to succeed…

Here’s an exercise I want you to try, this should help you reach your REAL reason for wanting to succeed.

First, What is it that you want to do? Write it down.

Then ask yourself “SO WHAT?”

“So that…” list your reason for why you’re doing it, even if it’s a completely outrageous or silly answer.

Now ask yourself “So what?” to your answer. Answer why you answered what you answered.

“So that…”

Go seven levels deep and see where you arrive. It’ll help you get to your real reason of doing what you’re doing.

This is how to discover your real “why” that so many successful people keep talking about.

It’s been in front of you the whole time, and you probably didn’t even notice…

If you’ve subscribed to a couple of e-commerce stores for their newsletter or their product promotions then you’ve started with creating your own database in e-commerce email copy…you can do this with anything…

If you’re a real estate agent, sign up to other agents and brokerage email marketing campaigns and watch your database grow…

One thing I would add though, is that you create a separate email account for this…your email can get quite congested with all the personal stuff coming your way…

If you want to write amazing copy, one way, and this is a very effective method too…is to HAND COPY.

Yeah, yeah, I know…but wait…

There is something about writing things down by hand that makes you remember more and remember it clearer.

The craziest thing is, this also rewires your brain…yeah, it “re-programs” it…

So, Take winning, proven pieces of copy and copy them BY HAND, yes, with a pen.

You WILL get better this way, guaranteed.

A few decades ago, people were exposed to about 500 ads per day…now, if you think that’s a lot, get this…

Nowadays, the average person is exposed to 4000 ads per day! It’s no wonder people use ad blockers where ever they can.

This is why building up a relationship with your customers first before they’re exposed to your ad is important.

This is where “pre-selling” comes in.

I’m talking about organic marketing methods with your product or service in action and only including a CTA 1 out of 5 times.

People don’t feel pushed into a sale by your offer and this makes the process much more subtle and builds a relationship with your customers before you even lose a word about your offer.
