• We view your property to mutually determine a suitable rent for the current rental market.

• Process and screen applicants for potential tenants
• Process legal documentation for both parties and provide copies to all parties
• Collect monthly rent for deposit to your account
• Order and pay any maintenance issues from the rent, up to $200.00. Contact landlord first for items over $200.00 except in the event of emergency repairs.
• Provide annual statements for income tax purposes
• Regular office hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm and on call 24 hour emergency services.
• Contact tenants to negotiate renewals 90 days prior to lease ending.
• Rates are a $300.00+ GST one time set up fee and 10% of the monthly rent as a commission.
• Flat fee of 1 month’s rent for providing the service of introducing a tenant and setting up legal documents for a 1 year lease with no ongoing management. Our progressive staff understands consistently working to improve the quality of service and attention to detail are the best ways to provide a comfortable place for the people who have chosen our rentals. Our Tenants feel comfortable knowing that 24 hours a day, 7 days a week they will be able to reach a qualified person who will promptly address any maintenance issues.
