Peach Cliff Estates Action Group To provide residents of Peach Cliff Estates MHP, with a venue to report concerns as it relates to the safety of ourselves, our personal property and our homes.

Purpose: To hold Peach Cliff Estates management to task, so safety concerns are addressed.

Welcome to the Peach Cliff Estates Action Group.

Since the Spring of 2023 I have had many discussions with other homeowners within Peach Cliff Estates MHP, about safety concerns as it relates to Fire Smart, (trees not being maintained, excessive tree debris in the allies, no water source in the park if power is lost).
The breach of the d**e boardering Shuttleworth Creek in 2023, which flooded several properties within Peach Cliff. Ownership holds the authority and the responsibility to maintain and repair.
Poor Winter Street Maintenance is an additional safety concern and presents additional risks.
A survey was delivered to every home in July 2023 to get feedback. There was a 46% response rate.
