Job Description: Finance and Admin Assistant

Position Overview:
OBM Logistics seeks a skilled and results-driven Finance and Admin Assistant to oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring the company runs efficiently across all departments. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, enhance client satisfaction, maintain financial stability, optimize fleet management, and build the company’s digital presence. Qualified women are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Secretarial Duties:
 Manage all secretarial and administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, and documentation.
 Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of company documents.
 Act as the primary contact for both internal and external communications.
2. Social Media Management:
 Develop and manage engaging company profiles on WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and X.
 Create and post content to enhance brand visibility and engage target audiences.
 Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries on all platforms.
3. Client Management:
 Oversee the full lifecycle of car rental contracts, ensuring exceptional client experiences.
 Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
 Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate and non-corporate clients.
4. Client Prospecting:
 Identify and approach new clients to grow the company’s customer base.
 Develop strategies to attract corporate and individual clients.
 Track and manage outreach efforts, maintaining a robust prospect pipeline.
5. Tax Declarations:
 Prepare and file monthly tax declarations in compliance with regulatory standards.
 Maintain accurate tax-related records and documentation.
6. Fleet Management:
 Oversee the maintenance and condition of the vehicle fleet.
 Schedule and track repairs, servicing, and routine maintenance.
 Manage vehicle inventory to meet client demand efficiently.
7. Financial Management:
 Track and manage company finances, including income and expenses.
 Conduct banking transactions and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
 Prepare financial reports and provide actionable insights to management.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in operations, logistics, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in financial management, including bookkeeping and tax compliance.
• Familiarity with social media management and content creation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
