NFTs Can Be Considered Property, According to Singapore High Court Ruling

Justice Lee Seiu Kin ruled Friday that NFTs meet certain legal requirements to be considered property, such as being distinguishable from other similar assets and having an owner who can be recognized by third parties.

The judge issued this ruling as an explanation for the injunction he granted in May preventing any potential sale of a Bored Ape NFT.

Set of "Bored Ape" NFTs sells for $24.4 mln in Sotheby's online auction

LONDON, Sept 9 (Reuters) - A set of 107 non-fungible tokens (NFTs) representing images of cartoon apes sold for $24.4 million in an online sale at Sotheby's auction house on Thursday, as the market for the niche crypto asset continues to heat up.

The images were part of the "Bored Ape Yacht Club" collection of NFTs - a set of 10,000 computer-generated cartoon apes, made by the U.S.-based company Yuga Labs. Owners of the ape NFTs become members of an online club.

What is an NFT ?

An NFT is a digital asset that uses blockchain technology to record who owns a digital object such as an image, video or in-game item. While anyone can view the asset in question, only the buyer can say they are the "official" owner.
So unlike most digital items which can be endlessly reproduced, each NFT has a unique digital signature, meaning it is one of a kind.

NFTs are usually bought with the cryptocurrency Ether or in dollars and the blockchain keeps a record of transactions. While anyone can view the NFTs, the buyer has the status of being the official owner - a kind of digital bragging rights.

Definition of an Order Block, it is the last Bullish candle before a bearish move and vice versa.

How to identify and validate if an OB has any significance

1. For an OB to be valid look for an impulse (candles with momentum) move which Breaks previous structure

2. Look for Imbalance in price (difference between the Highs & lows between OB candle and the OB Candle + 2 candle) which needs to be mitigated

LTF should be logically selected, if HTF is daily don't select LTF as 1 min/3min/5min. LTF should be Hourly at least to look for a BOS for trade entry or a 30 min for risky entry

Other OB & SMC experts can add to this if needed

Basic sense is don't just buy at an OB, wait for price to confirm the validity of the OB & most importantly the rule "Trend is your Friend"

If buying Contra, (buying directly at OB) buy small quantity so that later trade can be taken as per above rules when price confirms

A developer in NYC purchased the first-ever non-fungible token (NFT) Office building in New York City. "Located" at 44 West 37th Street, the 4700 square meters NFT serves as an immutable digital asset that points to transforming how we design, build, operate, and monetize our spaces with only "one-click". The 16-story building was created by spatial intelligence company Integrated Projects and questions the function of architecture in Real Estate and the Metaverse.

FIFA launches NFT platform on Algorand

With the 2022 World Cup just months away, FIFA has announced it will launch an NFT platform for soccer-themed digital collectibles.

The platform is FIFA+ Collect, which is set to launch later this month, and will feature "affordable, inclusive, and accessible" NFTs that depict notable soccer moments, art, and imagery, according to FIFA.

FIFA+ Collect will run on the Algorand blockchain, a proof-of-stake Ethereum and Solana alternative developed by MIT professor Silvio Micali. In May, Algorand became FIFA's official blockchain partner.
