We choose POUCH LITHIUM MAGANEXE DIOXIDE(LI-MNO2) BATTERIES for this power solution.
Because of these Key Performance Parameters (Industry Standard Levels) with pouch LiMn batteries
1.Pouch Li-MnO2 battery's Energy Density: 320-450 Wh/kg (Cell), Higher than Ni-Cd, Ni-MH batteries;
2.Nominal Voltage: 3.0-3.3 V (Cell). Compatible with most low-power devices, no need for a series voltage divider;
3. Cycle Life 300-500 cycles: (Capacity retention rate ≥80%) Sufficient for consumer scenarios; industrial grades can reach 800+ cycles;
4. LiMN battery Operating Temperature: -20°C ~ 70°C (Some low-temp versions to -40°C) Low-temperature discharge performance superior to Li-Co and LiFePO4 batteries
5. Self-discharge: Rate Annual self-discharge ≤2% (Room Temperature) Excellent storage performance; remains usable after 1-2 years of storage
6. Safety Performance: Swelling only under overcharge/short circuit. Pouch cell design releases pressure, eliminating the explosion risk associated with steel casing rupture
