Getting tapped into your new home and environment means knowing all the apps that will make your life easier! 📲

Quick note as well about the taxis ➡️ you need to always sit in the front seat with any taxi apps (Uber, inDriver, Didi, etc) because Colombia is a country where the taxi coalitions 🚕 hold a large influence and they still hold ‘paros’ or boycotts a few times during the year.

The taxi apps are not illegal (legally) but you could say that politically it’s not accepted. Socially it is. ALSO, make sure to NOT slam any car doors in Colombia. Taxi drivers hate this and you’ll get a very negative reaction from them if you do, so just be mindful of this cultural difference!
