I bring more than 20 years of construction industry experience, including studies in building science, photovoltaic s

ystem design and installation, industrial and commercial electrical systems, and construction project management. My background includes custom home building, real estate investing, and hands-on experience across a wide range of construction trades. My services include owner representation, contract and construction document review, pre-purchase home evaluations, new construction evaluations, and construction advising. I am not registered with the Colegio Federado de Ingenieros y de Arquitectos (CFIA) and do not provide regulated engineering or architectural services. All services are billed in U.S. dollars.
