Usluge agencijskog posredovanja se naplaćuju u iznosu od 3% od ugovorene kupoprodajne cene za nekretnine iznad 25.000 eura dok za nekretnine ispod 25.000 eura provizija je fiksna i iznosi 750 eura u dinarskoj protivvrednosti. Posrednička provizija se naplaćuje od kupca, ukoliko se ugovorne strane ne dogovore drugačije i isplaćuje se po zaključenju Ugovora. U cenu posredničke provizije ulaze poslovi overe Ugovora o kupoprodaji nepokretnosti u nadležnom sudu, regulisanje dokumentacije u poreskoj upravi, predaja zahteva za uknjižbu u Službi za katastar nepokretnosti kao I prebacivanje svih računa I komunalija na ime kupca. Sama procena uključuje niz faktora koje utiču na određivanje njene vrednosti. Agency brokerage services are paid in the amount of 3% of the agreed purchase price. Brokerage commission is paid by the buyer, unless the parties agree otherwise, and shall be paid at the conclusion of the Agreement. The price includes brokerage commission to certify the property sale agreement by the competent court, the regulation of the IRS documents, the request for registration in the Cadastre of real estate and the transfer of all bills and utilities on behalf of the customer.
