Team Leader – Real Estate Market Centre
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Team Leader to lead, develop, and grow a high-performing real estate team. This role is central to building market share, developing talent, and ensuring strong operational and financial performance within the Market Centre.
Key Objectives
• Recruit, retain, and develop productive associates
• Support the team in achieving strong and sustainable income levels
• Drive dominant market share within target markets
• Lead the Market Centre towards operational success and profitability
• Implement the organisation’s strategic vision and standards
• Provide strong leadership and direction across all real estate activities
Key Responsibilities
• Recruit associates monthly (interviewing, selecting, and hiring talent)
• Train and develop both new and experienced associates across key business areas
• Lead regular meetings and business development sessions
• Manage staff performance, professionalism, and accountability
• Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
• Research competitors and develop effective marketing and prospecting strategies
• Support the overall growth and success of the Market Centre

• Owner/Leadership: Reporting, planning, and performance review
Requirements
• Fluent English is required
• Greek language is preferred
• Real estate experience is not essential but is an advantage
