Team Leader – Real Estate Market Centre

Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Team Leader to lead, develop, and grow a high-performing real estate team. This role is central to building market share, developing talent, and ensuring strong operational and financial performance within the Market Centre.

Key Objectives
• Recruit, retain, and develop productive associates
• Support the team in achieving strong and sustainable income levels
• Drive dominant market share within target markets
• Lead the Market Centre towards operational success and profitability
• Implement the organisation’s strategic vision and standards
• Provide strong leadership and direction across all real estate activities

Key Responsibilities
• Recruit associates monthly (interviewing, selecting, and hiring talent)
• Train and develop both new and experienced associates across key business areas
• Lead regular meetings and business development sessions
• Manage staff performance, professionalism, and accountability
• Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
• Research competitors and develop effective marketing and prospecting strategies
• Support the overall growth and success of the Market Centre

Management Responsibilities
• Direct management of the team

• The Team: Weekly coaching, goal setting, training, and career development
• Prospective Associates: Monthly recruitment and selection activity
• Buyers/Sellers/Vendors: Regular engagement when issues or opportunities arise.
• Owner/Leadership: Reporting, planning, and performance review

Requirements
• Fluent English is required
• Greek language is preferred
• Real estate experience is not essential but is an advantage

On 14/05/2026, for our annual KW RED Day, the Keller Williams Seven Paphos team stepped away from our desks and into the garden! We were honored to spend the day at The Learning Refuge (Καταφύγιο Μάθησης), helping to renew and revitalize their garden and house.

The Learning Refuge does vital work in our Paphos community, and being able to Renew, Energize, and Donate our time to their cause is what this day is all about.
