Their first store opened 3 years ago on Karlova ( No. 8) and has grown from strength to strength...Queues appeared down the street to get some of their product, a ''Chimney Cake'' ( traditional Trdelnik) filled with delicious ice cream and other toppings, including savoury ones...
The success of the company, as always, lies in the product itself and the quality of the equipment and surroundings... Also, the operation is professionally run..The ice cream is developed by the concept designer himself after 2 months learning how to make the best at an Italian Ice cream production house...The mix is handmade and, without added sugar and with natural fruit ingredients and cream, differs markedly from any would-be competitors, who use powdered ''ice cream flavour'' and add sugar and water...
