ORA’s conversion employs the former factory’s resources holistically – from structural retention and finishing materials to the interior decoration, reuse is everywhere. The result is a range of interiors so naturally executed that they seem as if they’ve always existed within the space. It’s a great example of ‘purposeful newness’."
