Anyone get a lawyer for the Reef property that’s not moving forward I’m trying to get my remaining balance back $11,000 since it’s not going no where and it was never filed with the government property correctly it’s conservation and they can’t build on it. It will never ever happen I know for a fact I have people on the planning committee reason why I bailed a year ago.

Well I was there still nothing with all the rain that’s going to be a tough spot to keep dry roads were flooded looking at the site seems like they brought in some fill that’s about it. I reached out to them to see if they would be willing to give me my remaining balance of $11,000 back they were like you broke the contract. They didn’t hold up to their own terms and conditions and I wanted them to pay me back so that $11,000. Maybe could be a deposit on something else if they want to keep a good standing and reputation.
I just don’t understand why they just don’t want to pay me.
