The UAF (Financial Analysis Unit), an autonomous entity under the Ministry of Finance and Economy, administers the framework that governs source-of-funds documentation, professional reporting obligations, and transactional integrity in the real estate sector. The framework aligns with FATF international standards.

For family offices and institutional buyers, working with advisors who understand and operate within this framework is not risk management — it is baseline due diligence.

Exención de renta hasta 20 años. Exención de impuestos de transferencia y construcción. Exención de aranceles de importación. Exención de IPI e ITBIS para activos y fases calificadas.
