One of our Account Mangers came to us with the hopeless situation of her work mate that has been stuck with a house she can no longer make payments on after her husband left suddenly. We met with her to see if we could find a solution. She was just days from foreclosure and had been notified that her house was to be sold on the Collin County Court house steps Tuesday morning. She desperately wanted to stay in her house if at all possible but had exhausted every solution she had. Our solution - we stepped in and bought the house, paid the back taxes and the legal fees that had been tacked on in the months of foreclosure. Then we helped her find two roommates to share the payments and she is in her own house and rebuilding her life again. Now that is FUN! Do you have and impossible situation?
