Qualifications:
• At least 5 years in real-estate field.
• Excellent in English.
• Owning a Car is must.
Duties & Responsibility:
• Involved in hiring the sales team.
• Responsible for achieving the team targets.
• Responsible for developing the team knowledge, sales tactics (Approach, presentation, negotiations, follow-ups, closing).
• Monitor the team activities, pipeline, and production.
• Team weekly meeting, monthly one to one.
• Support the team in meetings and closing.

Qualifications & skills:
• Min 2 years of experience as a senior property consultant in a realestate company.
• Good in English.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
