في ظل توجه الدولة المصرية لتطوير منطقة رأس الحكمة بعد الأتفاقية التي تم عقدها مع دولة الأمارات , خلينا عارفين ان الأرقام و الدراسة أثبتت أن أفضل فرص أستثمارية في مجالات السياحة و التجارة و العقارات حتكون قوية جدا في المنطقة بعد تطويرها , لأن تطوير المنطقة بيستهدف سياح جنوب أوروبا و الخليج العربي و طبعا أحنا عارفين أن الساحل الشمالي أستقبل عام 2023 في حدود 2 مليون سايح و في 2024 العدد وصل ل 3 مليون سايح و ده أدي لزيادة في أسعار العقارات في المنطقة و على القيمة الإيجارية للوحدات لكثرة الطلب ..............................
