Job position: property consultant
Job description:
Actively manage and grow a portfolio of potential buyers and sellers.
Handle end-to-end client engagement, from initial inquiry through property viewing, negotiation, and deal closure.
Utilize Dwell’s CRM to manage leads, schedule appointments, update client interactions, and monitor sales progress.
Follow up consistently with clients, maintaining relationships and identifying opportunities for further sales or referrals.
Collaborate with team members and Sales Managers to ensure smooth transaction processes and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Familiarity with technology platforms, Excel, or AI tools is required.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability and willingness to utilize CRM systems, Excel, and other technology platforms effectively.
Familiarity or interest in real estate market trends and industry regulations.
Self-motivated and results-driven approach.
