عقدنا اليوم اجتماعًا مع المهندس أحمد عبد الوهاب، نائب رئيس جهاز تنمية مدينة القاهرة الجديدة New Cairo city، لمتابعة آخر المستجدات الخاصة بـ South Hills 3، وفيما يلي أبرز النقاط التي ناقشناها:
🔥 الغاز الطبيعي
من المتوقع الانتهاء من مسار الغاز بالكامل بنهاية يونيو أو الأسبوع الأول من يوليو بحد أقصى، على أن تبدأ بعدها مباشرة إجراءات توصيل الغاز للوحدات.
🌳 السور الشجري
اعتماد مسار السور الشجري متوقع خلال الأسبوع الجاري، على أن يكتمل التنفيذ خلال فترة تتراوح بين أسبوعين إلى ثلاثة أسابيع .
🛡️ الأمن والحراسة
تفعيل منظومة الأمن والحراسة سيجري بعد الانتهاء الكامل من أعمال السور الشجري، بما يضمن كفاءة التشغيل وتحقيق أفضل مستوى للتأمين.
🛠️ الصيانة
الجهاز أوضح أن التعاقد مع شركة صيانة في الوقت الحالي ما زال غير ممكن، لحين انتهاء الشركات المنفذة (شيبة وأبو الوفا) من تسليم نسبة كبيرة من الوحدات.
🧹 النظافة
فتح المظاريف الخاصة بمناقصة شركة النظافة يوم 21 مايو، على أن تبدأ الشركة الجديدة أعمالها خلال حوالي شهرين. وحتى ذلك الحين، ستواصل شركة النظافة التابعة للجهاز عملها، مع تنفيذ حملة نظافة مكثفة بالمنطقة خلال الأسبوع الجاري ✨

Today, we held a meeting with Eng. Ahmed Abdel Wahab, Vice President of the New Cairo City Development Authority, to review the latest updates regarding South Hills 3. Below are the main points discussed:
🔥 Natural Gas
The main gas pipeline is expected to be fully completed by the end of June or, at the latest, the first week of July. Gas connection procedures for the units will start immediately afterward.
🌳 Green Fence
Approval of the green fence route is expected this week, with implementation to be completed within two to three weeks.
🛡️ Security & Guarding
The security system will be activated after full completion of the green fence works, ensuring efficient operation and the highest level of security coverage.
🛠️ Maintenance
The Authority noted that appointing a maintenance company is still not possible at this stage, pending the completion of unit handover by the executing companies (Shaiba & Abu El Wafa).
🧹 Cleaning Services
Financial bids for the new cleaning services contract will be opened on May 21. The new contractor is expected to begin operations within approximately two months. In the meantime, the Authority’s current cleaning contractor will continue operating, alongside an intensive cleaning campaign in the area this week ✨
