have caught now . We're not here to sell you nostalgia. We're here to make sure the last month of the season is the smartest one, not the

“Primary” means you're buying directly from the developer , usually on a payment plan, usually with a delivery date still ahead of you.

“Resale” means you're buying from someone who already owns the unit often ready now , sometimes fully finished and furnished, with the

price reflecting whatever premium (or discount) the market has already assigned it. Neither is automatically the smarter move. Resale gets

you certainty you can see exactly what you're buying and move in immediately. Primary gets you flexibility a payment plan spread over years and, sometimes, a better entry price if you're early into a project. What matters is knowing which one you're actually looking at before

you fall for the unit photos. If you're not sure which a listing is, ask us before you ask for a viewing.
