Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, presenting properties, and closing deals efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming leads and generate new ones via calls, referrals, or fieldwork
Conduct property tours and client meetings
Negotiate offers and close sales
Maintain CRM records and submit weekly reports
Achieve monthly sales targets
Stay updated on market trends and competitors
Assist and mentor junior sales team (if needed)
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales
Proven track record of closing deals and meeting targets
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Presentable and professional
Good knowledge of [local areas like New Cairo, 6th of October, etc.]
Ability to work under pressure and hit deadlines
[Optional] Own a car or have the ability to travel for site visits
