Do we ever learn from the past?
Thirty years ago, the city was looking inward and upward. Villas were being demolished to make room for high-rises, and the market was in a frantic love affair with apartment living. As Cairo stacked itself to capacity, the consensus was clear: the city was the only place to be.
However, MR. McMAN saw something different.
He had the idea that on a hill facing the Mediterranean winds beyond the city limits, he could position grand homes & surround them by nature. He envisioned a culture built far from the noise, yet only 20 minutes from the city.
At the time, he was dubbed a madman. It was considered an immense, almost reckless risk to carve a new life out of a silent hill. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING THERE.
But He followed his vision anyway.
Today, those grand homes beyond the city limits—Palm Hills Phase One—have become the center of gravity. What was once “the desert” is now the most prideful address and the highest resale market in both October and the city.
The madness of thirty years ago has matured into a thriving civilization. Palm Hills October is now home to more than 40,000 families, supported by over 100 restaurants, a premier sports club, and every essential element required for the high-status lifestyle eliminating any buying risk took by the first movers 30 years ago.
But history is cyclical..
Once again, the market is consumed by high-rises and the vertical rush of apartment living. As the market stacks up for the second time, Mr. McMAN was reminded of the singular lesson that founded Palm Hills; Fortune never fails the bold.
He is expanding on the very source of the story.
& He calls it PALM HILLS ONE.
