إشارة مرور تعرف الحركة.
أنظمة أمان تلاحظ قبل ما يحصل خطر.
طاقة تستهلك بذكاء.
وخدمات تشتغل في الوقت اللي الناس محتاجاها فيه.

الموضوع مش إن التكنولوجيا بقت موجودة. الموضوع إن المدينة نفسها بقت جزء من التجربة.

تسمع تتعلم وتستجيب.

وده يمكن أكبر تحول حصل في فكرة العقار.

إن المكان ما بقاش مجرد مكان. بقى شريك في الحياة.

أول باب… كان فيه خوف.
إنسان واقف قدام كهف، مش بيفكر في مساحة ولا تشطيب.
بيفكر في سؤال واحد:
“هبات فين وأنا مطمن؟”

دخل الكهف… ومن هنا بدأت أول فكرة للعقار.

مش مبنى.
إحساس.

ومن يومها، كل بيت اتبنى كان محاولة جديدة لنفس الحاجة:
أمان أكتر، حياة أريح، ومكان يشبه صاحبه.
