We are excited to announce the launch of Home Care property services, offering an array of services such as keyholding, property maintenance (swimming pool and/or gardening as well as painting and decorating services) and our tailormade assistance service, attending to our clients individual needs with additional assistance such as translations (both online and in person), payments of utility bills, managing required services such as electricians, plumbers, etc.
Having grown up as a British national in the municipality of Almuñécar, I fully understand the various tasks and challenges that can be encountered by foreign homeowners in the region, and how difficult it can be to find reliable tradesmen and assistance in general. Our aim is to provide a responsible and trustworthy point of contact to manage property maintenance requirements and assist our clients as and when required.
