My lovely penthouse apartment is offered for rent in the summer in Benalmadena, in the old town of Arroya de la Miel.
🏠 The apartment has a fully furnished kitchen, living room, one bedroom, bathroom and a small roof terrace with a magnificent view over the city's rooftops to the sea.
👩🍳 All services are available near the apartment, including plenty of good cafes and restaurants, as well as food and clothing stores. The beach is about 1500 meters away. There is a direct train connection from the airport in 18 minutes. It is a five-minute walk from the train station to the apartment, so you don't need a car.
📺 In addition to new kitchen appliances, the apartment also has a washing machine, dryer, TV, Wi-Fi, air-to-air heat pump and bed linen and towels.
🛏️ The apartment comfortably accommodates two people, max. three. The apartment is on two floors.
