En uno de los momentos más duros de nuestra vida, solo quería algo básico: un hogar en paz para nuestra familia.

Ese día me puse manos a la obra.

Gracias Sussan por estar siempre, por apoyarme incluso en los peores momentos y por creer cuando todo parecía difícil.

This home had been on the market for almost a year with a large real estate agency.
No feedback. No serious buyers. No results.
Not at the expected price, not even after lowering it.

I visited the property, listened to the owner, understood what she truly needed
and what the right buyer was really looking for.

👉 The next day I published it in the afternoon.
👉 That same night, it was already sold.

I don’t work with many properties.
I work with a few — but with time, strategy and real commitment.
Because selling well is not about portals…

Esta vivienda llevaba casi un año en venta con una gran inmobiliaria.
