**Update on the shutter woodwork project**
The project is now completed.
The job entailed wooden shutters which had not been maintained for many years with extensive weathering.
This can taken back to reveile the original wood underneath and came up very well.
Unfortunately there were sections beyond repair which we removed and replaced, glued and filled.
We also installed new locking brackets to hold them open and new locking fittings.
The customer has since had us back for more projects.
This was completed on time and to the budget agreed.

***CONCRETING PROJECT***
The clients requirements were to have the bottom area of their garden tided up as previous contractors had made many mistakes and the client decided to change contractors to us.
It had to be filled, concreted and painted with an area of bark laid and finally a giant outdoor chess board installed.
This was a challenging job as the area was 70 metres from the front gate which had a low beam which was too low and too far for a cement mixer or even pumping pipes.
So all the concrete had too be mixed by small mixers and wheelbarrow into place.
Once the concrete had time set correctly the walls and floor were painted, the garden de-weeded with matting installed and bark laid .
Finally the finishing touch was the giant chess board which looks absolutely fabulous.
And a very very happy client.

Lovely small job for a repeat client in Javea.
The clients requirements were for us to make and install a small shef in their galley kitchen and design and build a round table around a tree on their terrace so they could enjoy a cocktail and watch the sunset.
All items were made from treated pine and cut and shaped and then sealed for protection against the elements.

Painting renovation of a two bedroom two bathroom apartment.
The flat was tired with yellow walls the client required a full repair to all cracks and a large hole in the ceiling including caulking and sealing as required.
We prepared all walls and ceilings to a high standard.
Then it was painted throughout in a mat white.
The customer was extremely pleased and has since asked for the external areas and roof Terrence to be completed by us.
