Price is 340€/month Internet included, plus commodities. The rooms are big and luminous with just a big green area in front of the house, with swimming pool and gym. Very easy parking.

Open space around the house, direct street access and no neighbors, makes it a pretty quiet place. The 3 wooden cublicles/bedrooms include a bed, desk and closet. The flat has A/C, washing machine, dish washer and all cooking apliances. The rental price is 430€/month, including Internet access. Expenses add up to about 31€/month, and in July-August are incuded in the rent.
