There's a version of Marbella I keep coming back to with clients, not the beachfront, not the marina lights. Guadalmina Alta.

It's quieter. Greener. Built around a golf course instead of a promenade. And for a certain kind of buyer, it's exactly right.

This 2-bedroom apartment is a good example of why.
