The Evara Edits, Vol. 08

You don't expect a little escape like this in the middle of Marbella's Golden Mile.

But Puente Romano is more than its gardens.

Wander through the lush pathways, stop for a coffee, meet friends for lunch, browse the boutiques, linger over a drink, or simply take the long way to the beach.

There’s something about Puente Romano that makes you want to slow down, not because you have nowhere to be, but because there’s no reason to rush.

One of those places in Marbella where you can spend an hour… or an entire afternoon. 🌿

save this one for your next slow day in Marbella.

New here? Welcome.

As we get close to 1,000 of you, it felt right to properly explain what we do, because "relocation and concierge" doesn't really say it.

The service most people ask about first is keyholding. Not a call centre, not rotating staff, one person on the Costa del Sol who already knows your home and looks after it like their own. Regular checks, post handled, everything ready before you land.

It's for internationals settling in long-term, and owners who aren't always here to check on things themselves. Not short stays, not yield chasing, just people who want their home properly cared for.

Want the details on how it works or what it costs? Drop a KEYS in the comments, or message us directly — happy to talk you through it 🔑

The Evara Edits, Vol. 7

Vol. 7 takes us to NAC — Nueva Alcántara Club, tucked in San Pedro de Alcántara. Padel courts, a garden café, and a whole lot more — it might be one of the most complete spots we've found in Marbella.

Start your morning by playing a match, then walking straight for coffee or brunch under the palms. It's rare to find sport, wellness, food, and a proper slice of green space all living on the same address — but that's exactly what NAC pulls off.

This is the kind of place that makes settling into this side of Marbella feel effortless.

Are you more of a gym or a padel person?🎾☕️

There’s a particular kind of quiet in a home that’s cared for even when no one’s in it.

Curtains move.
Plants get watered.
Post gets collected.

It’s the difference between a house that’s empty and one that’s simply waiting.

Our keyholding service means your Marbella home stays lived-in, even when you’re not — regular checks, maintenance oversight, and someone who notices if something’s not right.

Comment KEYS and we’ll send you the details.

The Evara Edits, Vol. 5 ☕️

This week we left Marbella centre for a quieter morning in San Pedro Alcántara — Roasted has become one of our go-to stops when we want good coffee without the crowds.

An iced matcha, a flat white, and a pastry case that makes it hard to order just one thing. Simple, well done, worth the short drive.

The Evara Edits, Vol. 5 ☕

There are places that don't ask for your attention—they simply earn it.

Forum is one of them.

Tucked away just outside Puerto Banús, it's where long coffees turn into longer conversations. Olive trees, Mediterranean architecture, the gentle sound of the fountain... it's the kind of place that invites you to slow down and savour the moment.

Whether you're visiting for the weekend or returning to your second home, these are the places worth knowing—not because they're the most famous, but because they capture the relaxed rhythm that makes Marbella so special.

Where should we go for Vol. 6? Leave your favourite Marbella coffee spot in the comments—we're always looking for new places to discover.

Who looks after your home when you're away?

For many homeowners on the Costa del Sol, a second home is more than just a property—it's a place filled with memories, investment and peace of mind.

But when you're back home, who's making sure everything is exactly as it should be?

At Evara Living, we provide a private keyholding and home care service designed for homeowners who want the reassurance of having someone they trust on the ground.

From regular property visits and detailed updates to coordinating trusted professionals and responding quickly when something needs attention, we're here to ensure your home is cared for as if it were our own.

We're not just holding your keys.

We're looking after your peace of mind.

If you own a property in the Costa del Sol and would like to know how we can help, send us a message or book a complimentary consultation through the link in our bio.

Because your home deserves someone who genuinely cares.

The Evara Edits, Vol. 4

I always stop here. Every. Single. Time.

Not because it's the most famous street in Marbella... but because it has my name on it.

Every time I walk past Calle Carmen, I can't help but take another photo. (I've genuinely lost count of how many I have.)

Most people notice the beautiful blue flower pots against the white walls. Fewer look up and spot the little ceramic street sign that quietly says *Carmen*.

It's a tiny detail, but that's what I love about Marbella. The places you end up returning to aren't always the famous ones—they're the little corners that somehow become yours.

This week's Edit isn't a restaurant or a beach. It's simply an invitation to wander down Calle Carmen, slow your pace, and maybe discover a corner that feels like home.

Have you found your favourite hidden spot in Marbella's Old Town yet? We'd love to know where.

Nobody posts day 3.

The one where you're still waiting on an NIE appointment, the bank wants a document the embassy hasn't issued yet, and "just moving to Spain" suddenly feels like a part-time job.

That's the part we handle before you even have to think about it — NIE, empadronamiento, healthcare registration, all of it, quietly, in the background.

By the time you're settled in enough to hold this and feel like yourself again, we've already closed the loop on the boring part.

Comment "MARBELLA" if you're in the middle of your own day-3 moment right now — we see you.
