When one door closes, another opens.
After almost 40 years as an independent real estate agent, I have now decided to focus on something new.
I am very grateful for these truly exciting, eventful, and rewarding years, during which I had the pleasure of meeting so many wonderful people and seeing countless houses, apartments, and plots of land in a wide variety of locations.
My professional journey began in 1986 in Berlin-West as a freelance employee at Backhaus Immobilien in Charlottenburg,
from 1987 to 1989 at Philipp Immobilien in Dahlem.
In August 1989, I founded my own real estate company, Jentzsch Immobilien, initially at Fasanenplatz in Charlottenburg, and from 1992 with offices in Köhlerstraße in Lichterfelde-West and in Potsdam on Friedrich-Ebert-Straße, right by the Brandenburg Gate.
In 1995, I also opened an Italian restaurant, the Trattoria Bar, at Viktoria-Luise-Platz in Schöneberg, until 1998, when my life changed completely.
I married a Mallorcan and moved my main residence to Mallorca, where I founded Lago Real Estate in 1999 – which is now closing its doors after 26 years.
A heartfelt thank you to all my clients, sellers, and everyone I had the pleasure of meeting during this time and who placed their trust in me. I am now looking forward to something new and wish you all the very best!
