Today’s very serious assignment at La Vista restaurant: working our way through the lunchtime menu, one dish at a time! 😂

Today was Fish & Chips day 🇬🇧 As the Spaniard at the table, I can now give my official verdict on this British classic… I absolutely loved it! Crispy batter, beautifully tender fish and a very generous portion, just as it should be.

And, of course, we had to try the desserts too: vanilla crème brûlée and my choice, a gorgeous mango, passion fruit and peach tart. 😍

It looks like we’ll need a few more lunch meetings before this extremely demanding research is complete… 😉

The coffee shop at 7am, the only place open, the streets quiet all around.

Every day sees different appointments, new clients, different homes and different resorts, but it all flows from the same half hour before the world wakes up, where the day gets planned.

Welcome to day number 4 trying La Vista restaurant’s menu at La Peraleja Golf !

Today we had the pasta of the day, lobster and prawns pasta, delicious 🍝

One of the best Caesar salads we have tried 🥗💗

And we couldn’t not order the foie gras with its sweet red onion and bread, and a very very very nice tomato soup

Great restaurant, great service 🍷 can’t wait to be back !
