JANIS AUSTERS PUBLIC ANSWER TO SIGNE ŠVANKA: COURT OR FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, TIKTOK?
THE QUESTION IS OPEN!
Dear followers, clients and, of course, my trusted partners!
As we know, time comes with trials – and, it seems, also with unexpected reality shows. That is why I would like to publicly and with a small dose of healthy humor address the situation that has fueled the fires of social networks in recent days. Unfortunately, in the place where honest communication should reign, a chorus of slander and loud, but unfounded statements have appeared.
Well, what can I say – Spain, the Sun, and, Apparently, Drama!
1. About the search for easy money and unrealistic ambitions!
Whatever, but promising mountains of gold for doing nothing – this is not and has never been my style. And I have never done it. Unfortunately, Signe Švanka had to understand that entrepreneurship is not an influencer's fairy tale, where you can earn a million with one selfie. You need to work hard here, not just choose pleasant clients or avoid difficulties.
And here we come to the fun part: Signe Švanka arrived with a dream, hope and, it seems, a suitcase full of ideas on how to run a large company and become its manager in an instant! Oh, sweet naivety!
Dear friends, I have built this company as a model for others with my work and efforts, not with dreams of a manager's chair from the very first day.
When the cooperation began, Signe Švanka had to obey the work instructions and our proven systems, not ignore them or introduce her own "innovations" on how things should be done. Because you know, if I wanted to be taught, I would sign up for a master class, not look for cooperation partners!
2. A call for respect and law - because we are not in a circus!
I call for the immediate removal of all defamatory and false publications from social networks that undermine not only my, but also the hard-earned reputation of everyone involved. If anyone has any objections – please, let’s resolve them in court! Where it is fair, just and there is no need for theater on the streets or, even worse, on Facebook or Instagram walls. Let’s leave that to influencers drinking cocktails by the pool.
3. About the work we have done – because we speak with works, not filters!
My team – these strong, professional and selfless people – work hard every day to ensure excellent customer service, quality of services and development of the company. Our work does not speak loudly, but our results do. And you know, none of them complain – they just work. Maybe we should send out a complaint format for those who think that work is just complaining?
4. If there are claims – see you in court (with popcorn)!
If Signe Švanka has real claims, then I, Jānis Austers, am waiting for her in court – with documents, facts and, hopefully, also with a respectful attitude. Because if she continues to use public space to sort people and attack me personally, then I will be forced (and also ready!) to file a lawsuit against her. The law is what will separate us – not emotions, not Facebook or Instagram drama. Maybe we can organize a live stream from the courtroom? Only, please, without filters.
5. Humor – as a driving force (and a reality check)!
If anyone still believes that you can get rich in Spain by lying by the pool with a coconut in your hand and watching TV series, then I recommend that you immediately change your profession or start creating your own reality show. Here, in business, every euro is earned with sweat, not with Instagram pictures. This is hard work, my dears, not a vacation!
6. An invitation to those who are not afraid of work – and who have a backbone!
And finally – if you are a person with a backbone, who is not afraid of hard work, clients, emails (and even a broom, if that!) – then I invite you to join our team! We have a stable company, a supportive environment and opportunities to grow – but only for those who are not afraid to prove themselves with real work, not beautiful words or unrealistic ambitions. Here we work, not dreaming about a manager’s chair on the first day!
