British travellers will need to apply for an ETIAS visa waiver to enter EU countries in the Schengen Area from mid-2025

In other words, travellers from the UK, US, and other visa-free nations won’t have to apply for an ETIAS permit until at least April 2027. Even then, the first six months will act as a transitional period, where entry without ETIAS is still possible. Only from October 2027 will ETIAS become an absolute requirement for all.

The Chinese Lantern display in Parque de Oeste in Málaga looks spectacular. The photos are brilliant.
It is on until February so Chinese New Year of the snake can be celebrated.
The use of the park for business has drawn criticism and protest on the opening night sadly

Around a thousand people attended the first night of the spectacular, which will be open to visitors until 15 February, ushering in the year of the snake
