Ooops left it a little long between posts! But we’re still here going strong…and we have two new family members!!
We’ve been busy working away achieving lots and getting these two cuties settled into our home. The grey one is called dusty for obvious reasons and the white ones name is gherkin for less obvious reasons… guess who named which one! Im going to be loading loads more photos and videos in no particular order so get ready to see loads more progress that’s been achieved. We are actually really truly getting close to the finish line…only a few months (years) off our original schedule 🤪 turns out building a house is hard! Who knew!?

What our November has looked like… in between working and Spanish classes, we’ve been busy transforming the front of the house. Not yet finished but looking a whole lot better than when we started, oh and it doesn’t flood the garage now when it rains so good results all round! Hoping to finish it off this month so stay tuned!! 🤞

Esto fue nuestro Noviembre, entre clases de español y el trabajo transformamos la parte del antera de la casa. Aún no hemos terminado pero se ve mucho mejor que antes y tampoco inundar el garaje cuando llueve entonces buen noticias para todos! Con un poco de suerte lo terminamos este mes 🤞

We are officially plastered! 🥴🎉It’s been a funny September - we’ve spent most of it travelling to and from our besties weddings, which in some ways had us feeling like we’ve made little progress on the build. However whilst we were away celebrating love ❤️…we had a team in, getting the casa looking bonita! I feel like we’ve not quite acknowledged the progress yet, with our attention turned towards prepping the floors for screeding and sorting out the front of the house…we are firing on all cylinders working towards the deadline of December for our very first house guests*…🤞but it’s very exciting opening the front door and beginning to see a home come to life. Here’s to a jam packed October, wish us luck!!

*we have the local hotel on Speed dial…👀
