ህይወትህን በአንድ ባላ እንደቆመ ጎጆቤት እየተመለከትክ ማገሩንና መሰረቱን የረሳ የሁአልዮሽ እድገት ውስጥ አትግባ፡፡ ሁሉንም ነገር አንተ ብቻህን ለመቀየር ከመታገል ውስጥ ውጣና ለውጡን ለማምጣት ከሚተጉትና ከሚጥሩ ውስጥ በመደመር አንዱ ሁን፡፡ ዘርም ለብቻ አይዘራም ፣ ለብቻ አይወቃም ፣ ለብቻ አይታጨድም ፣ ለብቻም አይሰበሰብም

በማንኛውም ስራ ውስጥ ስንሰማራ ከአላማ እና ከግባቸን የሚያስቀሩ የሚመስሉ አይቀሬ የሆኑ ማዕበሎች ይገጥሙናል. አስተዋይ እና ጥበበኞች የመርከባቸውን መልህቅ አጥብቆ በመያዝ መርከቧ በማዕበሉ ላይ ከፍ እንድትል ይታገላሉ ይሳካላቸውማል፡፡ ጥበብ የጎደላቸው ግን መልህቁን ለቀው በዕራስ ወዳድነት ከታንኳው በመዝለል ለመርከቧ መስመጥ ለራዕያቸው አለመሳካት ሪቫን ቆራጭ ይሆናሉ፡፡ ስለዚህ እንደአስተዋዮቹና ጥበበኞቹ መልህቃችንን አጥብቀን በመያዝ እንቅፋት እና ፈተናዎች አሰናክለው እንዳያስቀሩን ለራዕያችን በትጋት እንስራ!

The unwise, however, let go of the anchor and voluntarily jump out of the boat and sink into the ship, and Rivan decides to fail. So, as the wise and prudent, let us hold fast to our vision and work diligently for our vision so that we do not stumble and fall!

አንድ ወጣት ልጅ ወደ ባለሱቁ ጠጋ ብሎ ስልክ እንዲያስደውለው ጠየቀ። ባለሱቁም ስልኩን ገፋ አደረገለትና ልጁ የስልክ ቁጥሮቹን ነካክቶ ደወለ ...ባለ ሱቁ ሁኔታውን በአንክሮ እየተከታተለ ነው።.......
ስልኩ ተነሳለትና ልጁ ማውራት ጀመረ በትህትና ሰላምታ ካስቀደመ በኋላ "እንዴት አደሩ የኔ እመቤት የግቢዎን ሳር የመቁረጥ ስራ ሊሰጡኝ ይችላሉ?"......
ሴትየዋ " ግቢዬን የሚያስውብልኝ ሰው አለኝ"
ልጁ " እመቤቴ አሁን ሳርዎን ከሚቆርጥልዎ ሰው በግማሽ ዋጋ ቀንሼ ልሰራ እችላለሁ"
ሴትየዋ" አሁን ሳር በሚቆርጥልኝ ሰው ሞያ እና ፀባይ በጣም ደስተኛ ነኝ"
ልጁ ቀጠለ" እመቤቴ በተጨማሪም የግቢውን ደጃፍ ላጸዳ እችላለሁ"
ሴትየዋ" አይ አመሰግናለሁ"
ልጁ ፊቱ በፈገግታ ተሞልቶ አመስግኖ ስልኩን ሲዘጋ ይህን ሁሉ ሲያዳምጥ የነበረው ባለሱቅ ተገርሞ እያየው" አመለካከትህን ወድጄዋለሁ እና ስራ ልሰጥህ እፈልጋለሁ" አለው ልጁ ግን አመስግኖ እንደማይፈልግ ነገረው። የሱቁ ባለቤትም ተገርሞ " ቅድም በስልክ ስራ ለማግኘት ስትለምን አልነበር" ሲለው
ልጁ ቀበል አርጎ " አይ ጌታዬ እኔ አሁን ባለው ሁኔታ የስራ ላይ አፈፃፀሜን እነፈተሽኩ ነበር። ሳናግራት የነበረው ለዚያች ሴት የምሰራው እኔ ነኝ"ብሎ መለሰለት።........ራሳችንን መገምገም እና መመልከት ድክመቶቻችንን እንድንፈትሽ ...እንድናይ ያደርገናል

The phone is up and the boy starts talking ′′ Good morning lady can you give me a job to cut your yard?"......
The woman ′′ I have someone to beautify my yard ′′
Boy ′′ Lady I can work half price for someone who cuts your grass now ′′
′′ I'm so happy with the man who cuts grass for me now
The boy continued ′′ ma'am I can also clean the yard ′′
The woman ′′ no thank you ′′
When his face is full of smiles and his phone closes and says ′′ I love your attitude and I want to give you work ′′ but the boy told him he doesn't want to thank him. The shop owner was surprised and said ′′ you were not asking to get a job on the phone ′′
The boy welcomed him and said ′′ Oh my God, I was testing my performance in the current situation ′′ I was talking to her, and she replied, ′′ I am the one who works for that woman........ evaluating ourselves and looking at our weaknesses... makes us see..
