You have the freedom to manage your own schedule while earning industry-leading commissions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Use your personal network and prospecting skills to generate qualified leads.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings and presentations for potential clients.
• Guide clients through the sales process, building trust and closing deals.
• Represent the Elilly Grand brand with professionalism and integrity.
Who We Are Looking For:
• A proven track record in real estate sales or high-value B2C sales.
• An extensive network of potential clients or business contacts in Addis Ababa.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and self-management skills & dressing Code.
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
