Absolutely wonderful birthday lunch at the . The food was incredible (pulled pork, new potatoes and pan fried veggies with a cracking apple tart with caramel sauce), all homemade, in a fabulous setting and hosted by the brilliant Delphine. First meal there but it won’t be the last!

25cm of snow on the glacier at 3250m but lots of fresh fluffy stuff on the pistes today. One of the best things about having property here is being able to ski on a Saturday when everyone else is coming and going. Empty pistes, untracked runs and chilled vibes in the bars and restaurants. It’s something to aim for!
