Hi & welcome to Safe Hands Property Care Services.
I moved to France in 2013 and have built up a regular client base for whom I carry out routine house visits as well as organising contractors to fulfil a number of maintenance related services. My normal day can & often includes organising grass cutting, pool maintenance & cleaning services, not to mention getting a boiler fixed & serviced, organising wood deliveries, organising roof repairs & much more help asked by my clients.....never a dull moment 😀 ❤️
Unlike other companies, we do all of this for a FIXED annual price, this means you know exactly what it’s costing a month......no nasty end of season bills amounting to several thousand of euros 🤬!
A typical cost for a chalet type bungalow with approx 2000m2 of garden & a swimming pool will be 50€ per week
This includes......
1. A weekly security visit. House, grounds & boundary
2. Weekly pool cleaning & chemical balance check
3. Bi-weekly grass cutting
4. Bi-annual hedge cutting
Areas covered are departments 16, 24 & 87
