There are also numerous restaurants and bars, banks post office, boulangerie and a hotel in the town. The town council organise many events during the year including a Fest Noz on a Thursday evening in the summer.

The river is close by the house in the valley and there are numerous lane and forest walks from outside the front door, we are on a bridle way and a VTT track which is popular with walkers and cyclists alike.
In good condition inside and out it is open plan downstairs windows front and back that let the light flood in. Large master bedroom plus bathrooms on the first floor and two double bedrooms on the second with views over open countryside.

Electric heating (night storage and wall mounted), partial double glazing, easily maintained west facing garden with terrace and shed plus a pretty well and parking at the front of the property.

Diagnostique survey available on request. Fosse hors norms, ie, does not conform to standards, but it works with no problems.

We bought the house ten years ago and absolutely adore the area, so much so that we bought the neighbour’s place and kept this one for friends and family when they visited. We’ve now decided to downsize a bit and hence the sale of this house.
