Today was one of those completion days that reminds me exactly why I love my job. ❤️🔑

When I first met the sellers, their home had already been with two previous agents and, sadly, they weren’t getting anywhere. They asked me if I could help, and I was determined to give them a completely fresh approach.

We didn’t change the asking price. What we changed was the strategy.

Professional photography, professional videography, a Coming Soon campaign, social media marketing and a carefully planned launch, making sure the property was presented in the best possible way and, most importantly, put in front of the right people.

The result - 99.3% of the original asking price achieved. 🎯

For me, it’s never just another transaction.

From the very first conversation right through to completion, I believe my clients deserve one person, one point of contact and one person genuinely invested in their journey.
