Hole cored out of the original chamber for a neat tight fit

A secondary inspection chamber added on change of direction to comply with regulations

A media wall we built a couple of weeks ago..

I’m not sure where the cabinet is from as it was supplied by the client but the TV backboard and sides were sent off to be painted the same colour.

A budget friendly simplistic design with white lighting to compliment.

WOW!!!! We’ve just received photos from our client in regarding a property we handed over at the beginning of December.. It looks fantastic and it’s now on the market

This property was a typical run down house, 1 lounge, 1 kitchen falling apart, no dining room and a cold neglected unusable garage, now it’s spacious, light and vibrant!!

☑️ We removed two walls
☑️ converted the garage into the kitchen
☑️ Installed a downstairs w/c
☑️ Installed a full new heating system & pipework
☑️ Reboarded the ground floor walls
☑️ Plastered throughout
☑️ Installed OE flooring throughout the ground floor
☑️ Installed new skirting boards
☑️ Re designed & installed the bathroom layout
☑️ Installed 8 oak veneer doors

Along with this the client had new electrics, new soffit & fascias, 2 new doors & 2 new windows, carpets throughout.

This house is the perfect house for a first time buyer or a new family startup, it definitely has that new build showroom feel.

Freshen up!! We don’t usually entertain freshen ups - they’re problematic BUT

This kitchen in was looking worn out, doors were peeling and the worktops had been wrapped in an attempt to make them look better 🤮

Now it has modern tops, new doors, end panels, plinths, cornice and pelmets and the tiling to make it pop

From this.. a tired utility in at the back of the property, it was dated and too many units for what was needed.

To this.. modern, clean & light

This cottage green kitchen from DIY Kitchens was a fantastic product, robust, well finished, the worktop came pre cut just longer than needed, and they even sent the client a pack of quality tea bags and a flapjack to keep us going 😉

Flooring is quickstep moonstone provided by Howdens

Create a downstairs toilet under the stairs

With the help of Cadent & National grid we moved the gas & electric meters outside (we did the hard bit).

New soil pipe added

The consumer unit was relocated

New gas pipe, first/ second fix plumbing

New stud wall under stairs stringer & partitioned off for the toilet

Walls re-plastered

Walls tiled

Pipe boxings

Flooring installed

Sealed up
