We’re really excited to be hosting Torch again this Saturday (2pm-4pm) and the Greenfields Choir for a special Christmas show.

Anyone and everyone is welcome to come along for company and some hot drinks/sweet treats.

Torch is a special monthly gathering that meets on our hall which aims to be a gathering that folks with visual impairment can come to easily and make new friends

Ever since Joe opened in Ammanford he’s been a huge supporter of our weekly “Coffee Cake & Company” gathering. For almost a decade he and his family have supplied us with a box of Welsh cakes, free of charge, which have been enjoyed by so many in our community.

**Coffee Cake and Company happens every Thursday afternoon 130-300 in Y Llusern our church building on wind street. Because of legends like Joe it’s totally free for anyone who’d like to join us**

One of the regular groups to use our building is the Amman TVIC group (Tuesday Visualy Impaired Social Group).

This year marks their 50th birthday!

Todays TORCH meeting has been CANCELLED

Due to the weather it isn’t safe for Greenfields choir to travel to visit us and we wouldn’t want anyone to feel pressure to travel in either.

Saturday (6th April) we're thrillde to once again be hosting TORCH and the Greenfields choir for a special Easter performance.

🎄 FREE EVENT THIS SATURDAY 🎄

If you're looking for a way to entertain the kids this weekend then perhaps this FREE EVENT from Ammanford Evangelical Church will be of interest. Start in Y Llusern (Wind St) between 1pm & 3pm, follow the trail around the town to find the Nativity people and then come back to Y Llusern for your prize and a snack!

It was great to host the Llanelli branch of Salvation Army this weekend. The band came to entertain folks at a monthly TORCH meeting that is arranged for the blind and partially sighted members of our community.

It isn’t exclusive to the partially sighted mind you - it’s wonderful to have sighted people join in too to make friends and enjoy each others company. Why not pop along next month (Saturday November 4th from 2pm)

This coming Saturday (April 1st) we're hosting Greenfields Choir as they visit to perform at the monthly Ammanford Torch meeting.

Torch meetings are an opportunity for people in our community with blindness, or visual impairment (or anyone really!) to come together for some company around warm drinks, good cakes, fabulous entertainment and always a challenging talk.

We'd love to welcome you along too: 2pm-4pm on Saturday 1st April
