A last minute Seville escape. ☀️

Katrina and her partner booked their holiday on Friday and arrived today. Not a bad way to start the week.

Some properties stay with you.

I was invited to value this Grade II listed home alongside other agents, and after talking through what we offer as a business and the strategy I felt would achieve the best result, the seller said something that stuck with me:

“You’re a nice bloke, but that’s not what’s going to win you the business.”

Fair enough.

He had a list of what he wanted from me when I got back to the office. Recent sales statistics, our percentage of agreed sales, evidence of our results, and plenty more.
